When is an EP not an EP? When it’s ‘Outside Time’, the brand-new, 21-minute long, mini album by The Trudy.

We’ve called it a mini album because it’s a sequenced to be listened to like one side of an LP. It takes you on a musical journey. Well, we think it does anyway.

'The Adventures! The Suspense!!' is a compilation of A Sides, B Sides, Maybes and Other Stuff spanning the years 1982-2007. It was originally released on CD by Vinyl Japan, so those of you lucky enough to live in Tokyo could have popped into one of the Vinyl Japan shops, Tower Records, HMV etc. and bought it. If you live elsewhere you could have bought it from the BissellCorp eBay page.

The CD is currently anavailable but if you missed out at the time you can now download it in all its uncompressed glory here.

'The Adventures! The Suspense!!' comes with a download booklet containing more photos than you can ever imagine (from my vault), with a fantastic front cover illustration by Ben Willsher and beautiful overall booklet design by twinsglitter, It's all wrapped up with sleeve notes by yours truly.

Personal Guru to The Trudy

This, the second and a half album by They Trudy (established 1979), is a collection of some of the songs we started recording in November 2007 and finished at some point in 2014.

“Dirt Cheap Melody” is bold and bright and breezy pop music with the lid blown off and a fat rainbow bursting out.
